4.    Carbonated drinks should be absolutely avoided, in case, if you are actually interested in getting those six packs. What makes soda so much harmful is the fact, that soda drinks have high sugar content, which is an important cause for fat gain, especially around the abdominal region. Not only that, soda drinks also have high content of carbon dioxide, which is a major factor in lowering down the metabolism rate of your body. Here, it has to be remembered, that with a lower metabolism rate, the fat content of your body increases drastically.
