One of the most common fitness question has been that how can we shape our stomach well enough to attract every bodies eyes. Have you ever noticed the Arnold’s body? Isn’t it great? Yes he has really developed his body but can you imagine that how much hard work he must have done in developing his body. I would really insist you to read a book written by his one time trainer. And I tell you that you will find only one thing and that is he has to work very hard on his body.
However I would like to add one thing at start only and that is you will need to be very punctual in whatever exercise you do. If you will not be punctual then you will definitely not be able to reach the destination and you better know up till now that what your destination is.
I would like to present some of the abs work outs that would really work well for you. They are as follows:
1. Standard Crunch:
Lie with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor and finger tips behind your head. Keep both of your hands side by side. Now contract your abs and move your head up. However you should kindly note that you should not lift the head with the help of the hand. You must note that the hand has nothing to do with this exercise. Once you have done this you can then return to the start position and then repeat this exercise for at least 10 to 12 times.
2. Bicycle:
Lie on the floor with your fingertips behind the head. Bend your knees and raise your legs above your hips and parallel to the ground. Raise your legs unless and until it makes 45 degrees with the ground. Do it for alternate sides.
3. Swimming:
I really feel that swimming can be very helpful for you and your body. Swimming is the single exercise that is advantageous to the whole body. You should do the swimming for at least half an hour daily.
4. Marine Crunch:
Lie on your back with your legs raised straight above your hips and your arm reaching to the ceilings. Simultaneously reach your finger tips towards your toes and press your feet towards the ceilings to lift your tailbone of the floor. Repeat this step for ten to twelve times daily.
These are some of the exercises which you will have to do regularly if you want to have a six pack abs. apart from these exercises you will have to eat a balanced diet. You will have to sleep for at least eight hours.
If you will do this then I am quiet sure that you will be able to develop a six pack abs soon.
